ace365 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to ace365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ace365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the ace365 website, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one ace365 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ace365 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. ace365 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
• ace365 may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as disclosed in the Finance / Wallet section.
• ace365 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with notice provided where reasonably possible.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ace365 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your ace365 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which is typically within seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit. ace365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules and Bets

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ace365 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an advantage in any game.
